I can’t make my class, can I choose another this week?

Yes, absolutely! TeamUp allows flexibility for our students. As long as you cancel your class with at least 48 hours notice, the class credit will be returned. *If you have a membership, please note that this credit will be for the same week, or it will count as a week of your chosen holiday.

What is chosen holiday?

With a membership, you pay for classes for 48 out of 52 weeks of the year. There are no Pilates classes for 2 weeks over Christmas, leaving you with an extra 2 weeks holiday. You can choose this whenever you want! *If you don’t choose, please note that TeamUp will automatically do this for you at the end of the year and you will not be booked onto classes for those 2 weeks.

I have a membership and am going on holiday! What do I do?

With no classes happening over Christmas for 2 weeks, you have an extra 2 weeks holiday to choose at any time. All you have to do is cancel the classes during the 2 weeks you don’t plan on attending. TeamUp will automatically credit these classes to your account. Alternatively, you can swap your regular class in halls to one of our online classes and keep up your practice whilst away.

How do I reserve my favourite class?

If you have bought a pack or membership, you can reserve your favourite class. Once you have chosen your favourite class, TeamUp will automatically book this for you. This way, you don’t have to worry about booking ahead or missing out on your favourite class because it’s full. To do this, please follow TeamUp’s guide here.

I’m taking a break from Pilates. Can I return to my class?

Upon your return, we will always try to accommodate you as best we can. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that your previous class will still be available. Please understand that we cannot keep your space in your favourite class, unless you continue to make payment.

I want to end my membership.

We’ll be sad to see you go :-( Our cancellation policy requires 14 days notice before your next billing date. Any classes within the 14 days, cannot be refunded.

Do you have a ‘refer a friend’ scheme?

Yes we do! Gain a free class for every two friends that buy a membership. Referrals must be new members and complete a full month of their membership. *Discounted memberships do not apply. Please email us so that we can keep a record of it! We’ll let you know when you’ve gained a free class.

What is your privacy policy?

Your data is protected by TeamUp and used only for Practical Pilates Ltd T/A Pili Pala. We do not sell data to third parties. For more information, please visit TeamUp’s Privacy policy here.
