Colette has been practicing Pilates for 20 years and teaching for the last 12. 

 

Colette enjoys lots of other forms of exercise but Pilates is the only one that her body and mind actively misses when she doesn't practice regularly.

 

Colette loves the fact that it is a practice that constantly pushes/develops and evolves over time which then as a by-product makes your body evolve and develop over time too. 

 

In the last 12 years she has had children, aged, and had injuries but Pilates can and has been adapted to suit all her needs.

Passionate about health & fitness, John is a qualified Personal Trainer and Level 4 Specialist Exercise Instructor in Cardiac Rehabilitation, Falls Prevention, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Stroke Rehabilitation and Cancer Rehabilitation. John is also a Triathlon Coach & competes in Ironman distance competition.

Whist delivering classes & personal training, it became obvious how important Pilates was to health & fitness.

As a result John trained as a level 3 Pilates instructor and is delighted to join what he considers to be the best team in Swansea!
