Practical Pilates has been developed by Melanie Walters, (Pilates Institute trained, advanced instructor reps level 3) and her colleague Mandy Edwards(OCR and reps registered).
After years of teaching and listening to clients' comments and needs, Practical Pilates develops classic mat based exercises into practical everyday movements which can easily be incorporated into daily life.
